I recalled the happy time of the team building activity. Fortunately, We participated in the Outward bound training. Thanks to the elaborate design from the development coach, each of the team building activities in these two days is very exciting and unforgettable.
I remember that on the day of the activity, we got up early and went to the company to take group photos.
Group building game is a carrier. In the process of group building game, we can clearly recognize ourselves and the team, and even better understand the personality, advantages and disadvantages of each member of the team. On the whole, the IQ of our team is quite high, and we can always make a quick strategic layout. However, due to the lack of execution and cooperation in the process of team building, we failed to deal with the crisis efficiently in time when mistakes occurred.
In line with the tenet of friendship first, competition second, eliminating estrangement and improving team cooperation ability, we have carried out four sports: the cricket shoe competition ; Tug of war; Flying Man on Paper; Seize seats. The enthusiasm of all team members to participate is high, and the effect is due. According to the game design, we need mutual cooperation, which let everyone talk spontaneously through close physical contact, and draw the distance between each other. In the process of the game, the competition in friendly competition and the knowing smile in ugly situations are all opportunities for the gradual integration of our relations.
With a little joy and a little nostalgia, as the sun sets, the tour of group building gradually ends. This activity not only relaxed everyone physically and mentally, but also improved everyone's sense of collective honor and team spirit. It has played a promoting role in creating a united, tense and serious working atmosphere among department colleagues.
